Role and responsibilities-Purpose of the role-As a Sales Associate, the primary role is to generate and follow up with potential

clients for Solar Projects including industries, businesses and institutions.

Responsibilities-

• Generate new leads of potential clients from existing and new databases.
• Present marketing material or presentations to prospective clients.
• Engage in Email or WhatsApp marketing, cold calling.
• Recruit for junior position and also train and monitor them.
• Lead a team and make sure they meet their target.
• Coordinating for Bank finance for the client with a local bank, financialinstitution.
• Keeping track of events, conferences in the assigned region and participating inthem.

Qualifications-Required Qualification-

• Graduation is a compulsionSkills-

● Handling large number of clients

Experience-Min 2 years as a Team Leader(Tele Caller/ Business Development Executive)

Languages- English, Hindi and Bengali(all compulsory)
