- Partner with RAQA, other business groups, and Varian and SHS (Siemens Healthineers) IT to help deliver projects across multiple business units. The person will be involved in business sessions to define high-level business goals/vision, extract business requirements software selection, define performance indicators, and help configure solutions on various IT platforms.
- Work closely with the IT Quality Systems Manager and Team to fulfill defined business goals. Provide project management and solution configuration and development support in the areas of Quality Management, with knowledge of the integration aspects across different quality and document control business processes.
- Support work with external consultants and developers focused on architecture, design, and implementation. Remain knowledgeable about current and future technologies and provide recommendations to meet corporate IT objectives.
- Work closely with business and IT to provide application support and continuous improvements for applications already in production and used extensively for day-to-day operations. The primary focus will be on the following processes and applications: Quality System Regulation processes and Document Control/Content Management.
- Experience in the Quality Management area with 3 to 5 years' experience
- Project Management certification is strongly desired
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Proficiency with Python scripting, Java scripting, PowerBI, and SQL knowledge
- Project management experience.
- Experience with OpenText software or document management tools preferred.
- Understanding of front-end languages like JS, jQuery, and HTML, ability to read XML dumps, basic knowledge of XSLT, CSS, and Bootstrap preferred.
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills and a quick learner of new technologies.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and manage multiple task assignments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with software testing, validation, or related processes/practices preferred
