Job Summary

ISQ Mind School is seeking a creative, responsible, and quality-focused Video Editor cum Videographer to manage complete video production requirements of the institution.

This role includes two primary responsibilities. The first is producing high-quality and meaningful video content for ISQ Mind School's official social media platforms and promotional activities. The second is handling the Chairman's personal branding pages with exceptional care, refinement, and professional standards, ensuring premium presentation and strong visual storytelling.

The candidate must understand the vision and values of ISQ and translate them effectively into visual content that represents life skill education and leadership messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

Plan and execute professional video shoots for life skill sessions, workshops, camps, school programs, and events.
Capture high-quality footage with proper framing, lighting, and audio clarity.
Produce professional video content for the Chairman's personal branding platforms with high attention to detail.
Record interviews, testimonials, awareness talks, and motivational sessions.
Travel as required for program coverage and external shoots.
Maintain and manage all video equipment responsibly.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished and engaging final videos.
Create long-form content such as YouTube videos and session recordings.
Create short-form content such as reels, promotional clips, and social media videos.
Add subtitles, transitions, background music, and brand-aligned graphics where necessary.
Ensure consistency in visual style, color tone, and brand presentation.
Deliver all projects within defined timelines.

Social Media and Branding Support

Develop content aligned with life skill education themes including emotional growth, leadership, communication, and family connection.
Coordinate with the Media and Digital Marketing team for campaign execution.
Ensure all content reflects the mission and professional standards of ISQ Mind School.
Format and optimize videos according to platform requirements.

Media Management

Organize and archive all footage and completed projects systematically.
Maintain secure backups of media files.
Protect confidentiality of internal content and branding materials.

Required Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Capcut or equivalent.
Strong understanding of camera handling, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
Ability to create meaningful and structured visual storytelling.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Understanding of digital platform content formats and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
