    Sr. Product Manager, CCaaS , CPaaS, Meta & Bots (Voice & Chat)

    Job Title: Senior Product Manager

    Function: Product Management

    Band: M2

    Department: VIBS Products & Services

    Reports to: Practice Head - Business Comms & Cloud Store

    Location: Corporate/ Mumbai

    Role Purpose: The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for the business management of the CCaaS, CPaaS, Meta & Bots (Voice & Chat) portfolio, including AI ML capability understanding, to create maximum value for customers and business across their lifecycles.

    The role also involves managing the product across two partner platforms.

    Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

    • Planning: Finalize the product roadmap, revenue and market share aspirations, resource requirements, and returns on investment.
    • Go To Market Work: Cover customer targeting, industry-specific propositions, sales kits, trainings to deliver target revenue.
    • Sales Support: Provide support in key deals as a Subject Matter Expert, help qualify and close opportunities in a consulting role.
    • System and Process Improvements: Continuously look for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce opportunity to revenue timeline.
    • Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with partners intersecting with internal teams.
    • Product and Revenue Management: Drive day-to-day product and revenue management by effectively interfacing with Network Operations, Product Development, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales.

    Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:

    • Deep Understanding: CCaaS, CPaaS, Meta & Bots (Voice & Chat).
    • Business Acumen: Identify opportunities that can be addressed through product propositions.
    • Go to Market Planning and Execution: Execute go to market plans.
    • Problem Solving Skills: High problem-solving skills, out-of-box thinking, and managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.
    • Systems and Process Orientation: Strong systems and process orientation.

    Work Experience: 8+ Years.

    Professional Qualifications: Engineering Graduate / MBA. Blackblot/ Pragmatic Marketing/ similar certified.

    Budget Owned: Responsible for VIBS revenues for the product category nationally, across all circles and segments.

    Key Performance Indicators [max 4]:

    • Product Revenue and Growth: In line with DB, associated KPIs.
    • Product Capability Enhancements: New product launches complementing existing products.
    • Annual and LRP Planning: Market and customer insight, business objectives, depth of analysis, extent of detailing, and timelines.
    • Improvement in Product Life Cycle Management:
