Candidate Bank Cash collections and Shops location cash collections .

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES;

v Received and pays out money per members request.

v Handles branch cash vault duties including:

Prepare outgoing shipments, verify incoming shipments to amount requested. Prepare documentation of currency movement(i.e., Brinks log, accounting entries, mutilated and contaminated currency etc..)

Facilitate cash transfers between teers and vault.

Process currency and coin orders per members request.

Verifies cheque and cash, examines documents for essential elements.

Enters members transaction into the teller system and provides receipts.

Revies and provide system overrides on other teller transaction, when needed.

Reviews member account in order to make appropriate decisions.

Balances cash drawer daily.

Provides assistance to members in person and on the phone.

Follows the banks security guidelines on a daily basis.

May perform other duties such as balancing the cash dispenser settling the ATM, ordering supplies, settling internal bank accounts, balancing the branch, etc.
