Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with at least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in test plan and test case creation, requirement analysis, manual and automation testing, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience with SQL and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with databases.Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate requirement analysis and testing coverageDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or other automation toolsIdentify, report, and track defects using issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOpsParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential quality issuesEnsure that quality standards and processes are followed throughout the software development lifecycleContinuously improve the quality assurance process and methodologiesWork with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the deployment processWrite and execute SQL queries to verify data integrityProvide feedback and recommendations for improvement to developers and product owners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 4-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test plan and test case creation, requirement analysis, manual and automation testingMinimum of 2 years of experience working with databases and writing SQL queriesStrong knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or other automation toolsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworkExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentGood to have Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control systems such as GitAttention to detail and ability to multitaskIf you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about software quality, please apply with your resume and a cover letter explaining your experience and interest in the role
