    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
    • Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and manage daily operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
    • Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet our cleanliness and hygiene benchmarks.
    • Train and mentor housekeeping team members, ensuring they are well-versed in our cleaning protocols.
    • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a seamless guest experience.
