- Solid experience on Azure Cloud like deployment, configuration & troubleshooting of Azure Infra
- Strong understanding of commonly used Azure IaaS and PaaS Administration on Compute, Storage, Network, Firewall & Database
- Excellent hands-on experience in Unix/Linux/Windows OS
- Operations expertise like troubleshooting skills, understanding of system's capacity, bottlenecks, basics of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and network
- Experience in the process of Incident/Change/Problem management
- Handson experience in handling high priority Incidents and troubleshooting
- Preferred Experience on Azure DevOps (CI/CD Administration), PowerShell Scripting and IaC (ARM Templates, Terraform)
- Experience on handling Azure Logging and Monitoring
- Solid experience on Azure Administration & Cost Optimization.
- Understand Priority and Severity based on ITIL practice
- Execute change control tickets as documented in implementation plan
- Escalate within organization/customer peer in case of resolution delay.
- Understand OLA between delivery layers (L1 L2 L3 etc) adhere to OLA.
- Elevate to next level work on elevated tickets from L1
- Follow up on tickets based on agreed timelines manage ticket backlogs/last activity as per defined process.
- Resolve incidents and SRs within agreed timelines.
- Execute change tickets for infrastructure
- Should have basic idea about PowerShell or terraform to pull reports.
- Ready / flexible to work in rotational 24x7 shifts / client working hours
- Azure Cloud Administrator (AZ 104 Certification)
- Windows or Linux Administrator (Min 3 years of OS Admin experience)
- Powershell / Terraform / Bash/ Python / Ansible/ DevOps
- Hands-on knowledge on Cloud PAAS
