Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller position located in Gurugram.
The Telecaller will handle responsibilities such as making outbound and receiving inbound calls, identifying client needs, providing information about services, and maintaining customer records.
The role involves coordination with internal teams, following up with clients, and assisting in resolving client concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
QualificationsStrong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide professional and clear explanations over calls
Proficiency in managing client records and data
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
Fluency in Hindi and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is an advantage
Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
