    Help Desk Engineer

    Candidates deliverable and KPI –

  • Technical Assistance to CSM / WM / DET / TECHNICIAN for swifter resolutions of customer's Vehicle complaints.
  • To interact with ERC / PE / QA / Plant SO for supporting field team, in resolving critical unresolved concern.
  • To prepare & share the "Vehicle Complaints Attended Report" on Monthly Basis with Client-SHQ.
  • To validate theOwner's Manuals & Workshopmanuals, in line with the produced vehicles at respective plant locations on need basis.
  • To prepare the detailed Trouble Shooting Guidelines (TSG) for each complaint attended on weekly basis.
  • To develop Technical Expert Advice (EA) for unique cases attended.
  • To interact with Call Centre team for the smooth resolution of vehicle concerns.
  • Candidate's desired profile and prerequisite skill sets –


    • Good Product Knowledge (Preferably Commercial Vehicles)


    • Content Development / Technical Writing Skills(Optional)


    • Should have hands-on experience in handling "Vehicle Technical Complaints".


    • Should be familiar with vehicle diagnostic tools.


    • Good in vehicle troubleshooting.


    • Sound knowledge in Vehicle Mechatronics.

  • Candidate should be either BE / Diploma, having hands on experience (6 to 8 years)
  • Excellent Communication Skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
