- Responsibilities:
- To Achieve Sales target (Consumables & Product). Responsible for B2B sales.
- Engagement with customer through Sales Activities to generate High potential lead and convert to opportunities.
- Collaborate with Support team for better customer experience in Pre and Post Order stages. Take ownership through proper delegation of work with support function.
- Customer Database Management and Updating of Activities, Lead, Opportunities in CRM
- Identifying Sales opportunities with Exiting customer for Product sale
- Should be smart in data analytics to increase attachment rate.
- Candidate should be able to manage end to end sales process i.e. technical discussions, sales, Order processing, AR etc.
- Should be mobile and ready to travel for customer meetings/trainings etc.
- Candidate should possess good negotiation skills for managing sales effectively and efficiently.
- Candidate should possess very high level of communication skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Excellent in Selling over Phone
- Knowledge of Process Instrument market & its customer
- Ability to communicate cross functional Team & Support Function
- Exposure to SAP/CRM
