    Job Overview

    We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Triptadka, a hospitality brand of Meravilla Solutions LLP. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Thane, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control
    • Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
    • Flexibility to work long and irregular hours as required
    • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing and leading the daily operations of the restaurant
