Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and resolve user queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO related issues.
• Perform system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.
• Implement best practices and streamline business processes within the SAP FICO environment.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business users, IT, project managers) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Generate and analyze financial reports using SAP FICO and other reporting tools.
• Prepare and present financial data to stakeholders.
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity within the SAP system.
• Keep abreast of the latest SAP FICO releases, enhancements, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.

• SAP FICO certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Finance)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA or other SAP Analytics tools
• Experience with scripting languages (ABAP, SQL)
• Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
