Conversion rate, product mix, persistency, hiring & retention of team and a high % of executives exceeding planned productivity standard.

 Build progressive partnership with the stakeholders in the bank at Cluster and Branch level.

 Ensure Business Plans are discussed & agreed with Cluster Head on monthly basis & ensuring key actions are executed and reviewed.

 Drive sales for the cluster as per assigned target, identify potential customers and new business opportunities.

 Conduct regular performance reviews & give constructive feedback to ensure outcome is achieved

 Daily updates in alignment with Clusters of focused business parameters-Business Plan, Branch Seller Activation and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all the parameters.

 Anticipate training needs for the Bank's seller, create leraning oportunities to upskill & spread awareness of our line of products.

 Drive a culture of recognition to accelerate revenue generation in the channel.
