    Job title: NON-IT Recruiter

    Description

    About the Role

    • This position is responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

    Key Responsibilities

    • The incumbent will source profiles for entry to mid-level positions using various job portals and social networks.
    • Perform pre-screening activities to assess candidate interest levels.
    • Schedule interviews within a stipulated timeframe and conduct walk-in interviews.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to obtain feedback on conducted interviews.
    • Collect interview forms from respective hiring managers for further discussion.
    • Follow up with offered candidates until onboarding.
    • Maintain data in dashboard, tracker, and MIS reports.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
    • Interpersonal skills.
    • Exposure to automotive/heavy engineering is preferable.
    • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
    • Possession of MIS skills.
