Responsibilities:

Manage electrical systems across a 200-acre estate in Hyderabad, including wiring, lighting, appliances, and electrical panels.

Perform regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.

Coordinate with estate maintenance team to address electrical issues promptly.

Fluent in Hindi and Telugu to effectively communicate with local staff and contractors.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a large-scale property management setting.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.

Willingness to reside full-time onsite in Hyderabad.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Telugu.
