    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in a mid-level role.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
    • Develop and implement employee performance management programs, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans.
    • Manage and resolve employee conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.
