Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing leads, and converting them into satisfied clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email marketing, content creation) to generate leads and brand awareness for SR Interior Designs.
• Manage and qualify leads generated through marketing efforts, nurturing them through the sales funnel and converting them into paying customers.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their design needs and presenting creative solutions that meet their budget and style.
• Collaborate effectively with the design team to ensure seamless communication and project delivery for clients.
• Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and/or sales (preferably in the design industry).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, particularly in social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and social media platforms.
• A passion for interior design and an eye for detail (a plus).
