    Description

    Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop graphic design training programs and courses, considering the latest industry trends and tools.
  • Create engaging instructional content, including tutorials, exercises, and design projects.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions on graphic design principles, software applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and design techniques.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to the team members during practical design exercises.
  • Review and critique team members' design portfolios, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Facilitate discussions on design concepts, color theory, typography, and other relevant topics.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
  • Train trainees on using industry-standard graphic design software for various design projects.
  • Stay updated on current graphic design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Integrate the latest design trends and techniques into training content.
  • Implement project-based learning approaches to enhance practical skills and real-world application of design concepts.
  • Guide team members through the process of creating and completing design projects.
  • Collaborate with experienced graphic designers or industry professionals to bring real-world insights into the training programs.

    • Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree or certification in visual communication or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Graphic Design Trainer.
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback on design work.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools for graphic design training.

    • Experience

  • 5-7 years of overall experience in creative design operations and 2-3 years of experience in training

  • Should be flexible for shifts
