    Join our global recruiting team and become an integral part of our strategic growth. You'll collaborate with business leaders and HR professionals to develop and implement talent strategies that align with our business needs. This role offers the opportunity to support internal talent mobility, build proactive talent pipelines, and contribute to Polaris's profitable growth.

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Manage the talent acquisition process proactively, from initial scoping calls to sourcing, screening, and talent selection.
    • Oversee a diverse portfolio of functional roles, typically ranging from 15-25 at any given time.
    • Prioritize a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Monitor progress diligently, mitigating obstacles and deploying countermeasures to ensure successful hires.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, including market intelligence and data trends.
    • Provide accurate and timely system reporting, maintaining real-time candidate disposition status in our Applicant Tracking System.
    • Partner with functional and business leaders to align our Talent Acquisition strategy with Polaris's business strategy.
    • Embrace a solution-focused approach, always seeking continuous improvement.


    Experience, Education, and traits needed to be successful in this role:
    • Must have experience in full lifecycle recruitment.
    • Demonstrated success in sourcing talent for multiple roles simultaneously using a variety of recruitment tools. (i.e. Linkedin, Naukri, etc.)
    • Highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability and drive.
    • Desire to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Ability to build solid working relationships with hiring stakeholders.
    • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Excited to join a fast-paced, impact-orientated team.
    • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University.
