    • ManageEnd to End trade execution Via BSE & NSEExchange
    • StrongNumerical skills required to structure pricing for Fixed Incomeproducts.
    • Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution ofoperationaldeals.
    • Identifyand address operational challenges process gaps and glitches inDaily BAUs.
    • Bea single point of contact for all internal users of the YUBIPlatform for products & operational related queries orclarifications ifany.
    • Developproject roadmaps and schedules taking full ownership andaccountability on product featuredeliverables.
    • Closelywork with Clients to adhere to SLAs and SOP s to achieveorganizationalgoals.
    • Continuouslyenhance operational procedures within the system to align with theorganizations scale andscope.
    • Alignwith internal compliance and risk & regulatory policies toachieve business processexcellence.
    • Conductingcomprehensive training programs for newemployees.

    RequiredSkills

    • Possess2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Equity and Debt MarketOperations /DP operations/Portfolio Management/
    • Experiencein managing the DP /equity and Debt ( bonds /debentures) backendoperations of CAMS/AMC etc will be considered as relevantexperience.
    • PriorBroking Experience in the Equity & Debt segment or Mutualfund sector is an addedadvantage.
    • Proficientin Ms Office specifically in Excel / G sheet Mandatoryskills.
    • Excellentwritten and verbalcommunication.
    • Gatherfeedback from diverse stakeholders and communicate requirements tothe product team to carry out successful product development&Launch.
    • Demonstrateproficiency and enthusiasm by collaborating with business and orgleaders to shape product roadmaps design and implement plans andexecute themeffectively.


    Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strongproblem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challengingcustomer situations. Exceptional communication skills, both writtenand verbal. Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and makedata-driven decisions. Proficient in customer support software andtools. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for deliveringoutstanding service.
