    The ideal candidate is a hard-working, creative team player who will get some fresh juices running by playing a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

    Responsibilities

    1. Content Creation: Planning, creating, and curating engaging content for various social media platforms that aligns with the brand's voice, style, and objectives.
    2. Community Engagement: Interacting with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to build a loyal and engaged community.
    3. Social Media Strategy: Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to business growth.
    4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring social media metrics and analyzing data to evaluate the performance of campaigns, track progress towards goals, and identify areas for improvement.
    5. Platform Management: Maintaining a presence on relevant social media platforms, staying up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices, and optimizing content for each platform.
    6. Campaign Management: Planning and executing social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, contests, giveaways, and collaborations with influencers or partners.
    7. Brand Management: Ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and tone of voice across all social media channels to reinforce brand identity and values.
    8. Social Listening: Monitoring conversations and trends related to the brand, industry, and competitors to identify opportunities, address issues, and gather insights for future content and campaigns.
    9. Collaboration: Working closely with other teams such as marketing, customer service, product development, and sales to align social media efforts with broader business objectives and initiatives.
    10. Stay Updated: Keeping up with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools to continually improve strategies and tactics.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in many social media platforms
    • Fluency in Photography, Videography and Video Editing Softwares
    • 1 Year (or more) experience with a fashion brand
    • Based in Delhi NCR (On-site work is twice a week)
