- To lead production planning from the unit's objectives and ensure that production happens on time and as per plan2. To ensure that volume production targets during season and non season is as per plans3. To plan the resources for production in relation to costs and productivity norms5. Planning of all equipments maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.6. Ensuring all equipments in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & good Mechanical Efficiency7. To ensure that the quality of the beverage manufactured is as per standards through establishment and review of quality systems.8. To reach the product and package indices as per targets and to ensure that quality systems are maintained10. To maintain a complete record of all the production reports.11. To Create and maintain various MIS reports12. Effectively implemented the preventive maintenance schedule on interval basis like -daily, weekly, and monthly and annually to maintain the health of equipment perfect- A3 Speed, Straw Applicator CP- 70
