    Key Responsibilities:

    Developing Marketing Strategy: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies focused on offline market growth, including but not limited to, traditional advertising, events, sponsorships, and brand activations.

    Campaign Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of offline marketing campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI. Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to produce compelling campaign assets.

    Branding Initiatives: Drive branding initiatives to enhance brand recognition, credibility, and loyalty in the offline market. Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing channels and touchpoints.

    Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights relevant to the offline market. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

    Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth and excellence. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and operations to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and drive integrated campaigns.

    Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for offline initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.

    Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of offline marketing efforts. Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

    Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, vendors, and industry associations, to support marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ Years of experience in managing marketing campaigns (offline market).
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing offline marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
    • Extensive experience in campaign management, branding, and brand activation initiatives.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
