    Key Responsibilities


    • Assist in the implementation and configuration of the CRM system to meet business requirements.


    • Support the maintenance and administration of the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and customize CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards.


    • Assist in user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the CRM platform.


    • Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.


    • Assist in the development and execution of CRM-related projects and initiatives.


    • Stay up-to-date on CRM best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.

    Qualifications:


    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.


    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


    • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.


    • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
