Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer for Nutanix at Dotcad in Ahmedabad. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will have to utilize their analytical skills to identify and resolve problems, while providing excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills
• Experience in servers and storage and backup technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Minimum one or two years of an experience in managing HCI and Backup softwares >>Nutanix HCI and Veeam is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
