    Job description :

    • A minimum of 6+ years of product L3 support experience.
    • Proficiency with VB.NET, C#.NET, VB Script, and.
    NET is a must.

    • Possessing JAMS Scheduler experience is a must.
    • Proficiency with Splunk, App Dynamics, Cloudflare, Grafana and SolarWinds is a must.
    • Proficiency in SQL server
    • Very strong Debugging skills
    • Proficient in JIRA is a must.
    • Outstanding comprehension of the SDLC process.
    • Strong at performance optimization and troubleshooting applications.
    • Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
    • Enthusiastic and Independent.
    • The capacity to automate monotonous operations.
    • Knowledge of Azure Cloud is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Azure DevOps is advantageous.
    • The capacity to work in shifts; an EMEA shift time would be ideal (IST Hours: 02:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST).
    • The capacity to perform weekend monitoring.
    • The capacity to perform the holiday support.
