    Description

    Job Summary:

    In today's fast-paced world, businesses need to do more with less. Being an expert talent in hyper automation, seamlessly integrating the systems and automating complex tasks are the expected deliverables. As an RPA specialist you are expected to automate repetitive tasks, increase efficiency, and to drive cost savings.

    Job Description:

    • Build RPA scripts based on provided design conform technical guidelines.
    • Grasp business issues and technical problems, and come up with smart, logical solutions.
    • Effectively communicate status, metrics, and issues on regular basis.
    • Work closely with Process SME and OE (Operational Excellence) Team to understand and collaborate in the process, functional design.
    • Support design activities based on the tool capability Knowledge.
    • Maintain procedural knowledge of guidelines for script development as well as technical knowledge of the systems used.
    • Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
    • Work collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
    • Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis.

    Profile Description:

    • Good communication skills for business process alignment and translation of IT requirements.
    • 3+ years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.
    • Being a Certified automation practioner in RPA tool – UI Path, will be an added advantage.
    • Good understanding of object-oriented programming. Should preferably be experienced in .Net.
    • Should have been involved in RPA implementation for minimum 10 automation projects.
    • Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
    • Strong work ethic with ability to work independently, prioritize & manage work to meet the critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple and concurrent activities.
