    As a key CSR champion, you will lead community-focused programs aligned with the company's vision to create meaningful change.

    This role involves collaborating with the Head of Support Services to plan and execute impactful CSR strategies and initiatives.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of CSR programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Identify and propose new community development initiatives based on emerging needs and opportunities.
    • Build strong partnerships and maintain active coordination with government agencies and departments.
    • Monitor and evaluate ongoing programs to ensure high-quality timely and effective delivery.
    • Drive holistic community development efforts that create sustainable social impact.
    • Oversee CSR budgeting planning and optimal resource allocation.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare timely reports (MIS) on CSR activities and outcomes.

    Key Qualifications & Experience:

    • A postgraduate degree in Social Work (MA) is preferred.
    • Proficiency in the local language (Telugu) is essential for effective community engagement.
    • A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing CSR initiatives preferably with a strong understanding of grassroots-level impact and stakeholder collaboration.

    This role requires a deep commitment to and understanding of community development and social impact as well as excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

    The ideal candidate should have expertise in CSR budgeting strategic planning ability to prioritize and rationalize CSR expenditure by accurately identifying high-impact activities and track record of efficient high-quality program execution under tight timelines.
