    Pricing: Freightnegotiations with carriers for existing & newcustomers. New customeracquisition. Overseas agentnomination. Share all the mandatory detailsrequired for the shipments. Send quotationto the clients. Negotiations with overseasagent / coloader. Track the closure& conversion of shipments. Probe forclient feedback & actaccordingly.
    CustomerService ImportHandling shipments Air / Sea (LCL FCL AIR) Following up withthe counterpart/coloaders on daily routing orders &updating the same to client on dailybasis. PreparingCAN copies and sending Cnee with arrival Details. Resolving theissues & query of customers regarding daily routingorders. Executeorder request calls /email. Emailsuppliers carrier & customers with shippingupdates Trackshipments and confirm receipt & arrivals of shipments. Ensure customerexperience by addressing customer concerns and resolvingissues. Responsiblefor answering and routing phone calls handlingenquires. PreparingDaily status report updating DSR on daily basis & sendingto respective Cnee with properupdates.
    CustomerService Sea Export Coordination with various departments and customers to enable smoothfunctioning and flow of information between variousteams. Coordinatingof Land Side Services (CHA CHB CFS andWarehousing) Partof Client Pitching Team from Operations and Procurementend. Resolveconflicts between Shipper and Liner about theirshipment. Monitorvendor service delivery against SLA and frameagreements.Increasing the operational efficiency within theorganization.
    • Follow upwith Carrier/Coloader for onboard/loadingconfirmation.
    Maintainflow of information between customer and carrier team about theirshipment. Handlingregular customer serviceprofile Arrangingfor Transportation and customclearance.Monitoring post shipment documents along with invoices tocustomer Create DSRfor customer and internalassessment.
