As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated area, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.

    2. Identify and target potential customers and markets to expand the company's customer base.

    3. Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.

    5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    6. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make informed decisions.

    7. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional strategies and new product launches.

    8. Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and performance reviews with the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

    9. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

    10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

    2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the herbal/ayurvedic or FMCG industry.

    3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

    4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    5. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.

    6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

    7. Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
