    Full-Time Manager Plants Operation And Maintenance - Municipal STP,WTP,ZLD,FSTP,ETP,CETP Relevant Experience position available in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Sepcon Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company specializing in water and wastewater treatment solutions. With minimum 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of municipal plants including STP, WTP, ZLD, FSTP, ETP, and CETP.

    Qualifications and Skills

    BE/ME/MTECH - Civil/Environmental/Public Health - With minimum 4 Years of experience in plant operation and maintenance, specifically with municipal plants

    Strong knowledge of STP, WTP, ZLD, FSTP, ETP, and CETP processes

    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    Mechanical engineering background

    Proven track record of achieving operational efficiency

    Good communication and leadership skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of municipal plants including STP, WTP, ZLD, FSTP, ETP, and CETP

    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

    Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

    Manage a team of operators and technicians

    Monitor plant performance and identify areas for improvement

    Coordinate with external stakeholders such as government authorities and contractors

    Prepare and analyze reports on plant performance and maintenance activities

    Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure safety and environmental compliance

    Troubleshoot and resolve plant operation and maintenance issues

    Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
