    We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Tele Caller to join our HR/Recruitment team in Trichy. As a Tele Caller, you will be the first point of contact for our potential candidates, playing a crucial role in the initial screening and recruitment process. Your primary goal will be to understand the candidates capabilities and fit for our clients requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


    RequirementsMain Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities, explaining the role, organization, and benefits.
    • Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and assessment tests as per the recruitment process.
    • Answer incoming calls from candidates, addressing their queries and guiding them through the application process.
    • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database accurately.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with the right job opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to candidates post-interview and assist in the onboarding process if required.
    • Keep abreast of job trends and requirements in the industry sectors relevant to our clientele.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Tele Caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in HR/Recruitment is preferred
