    Description
    • Work experience in Google CCAI products, Google Dialog Flow framework, Virtual Agents, Insights.
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Clouds CCAI products or solutions and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for customer issues.
    • Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.
    • Understanding of TCP IP concepts, Unix Linux basic administration and commands and client server protocols. Familiarity with APIs and how they are used. For e.g. the Speech to Text Vision APIs.
    • Work with CCAI customers on their production deployments of a new Google Cloud SaaS offering.
    • Manage issues of Google Cloud customers through effective diagnosis, resolution, documentation or implementation of investigation tools.
    • Be part of a team of engineers or consultants that globally ensure 24 hour customer support. This will include occasional non-standard work hours or shifts, and or weekend work. Understand customer issues, advocate for their needs with internal product and engineering teams, to find ways to improve the product, and drive production changes.
    • Good Analytical and problem solving skill
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent written and spoken English.
