    Overview:

    The ITSM Remedy Production Supportrole plays a critical part in maintaining the stability andefficiency of our organizations IT infrastructure. This position isresponsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Remedy systemproviding technical support and troubleshooting ITSMrelated issuesto minimize downtime and optimizeperformance.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Monitor andmaintain the Remedy system to ensure uninterrupted productionoperations
    • Provide technical support andassistance to endusers and internalteams
    • Perform system configurationcustomization and enhancements asrequired
    • Identify and resolve incidents andproblems related to ITSM processes andapplications
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to implement changes and updates
    • Createand maintain documentation for support processes procedures andconfigurations
    • Develop and execute test plansfor system upgrades and patches
    • Conduct systemperformance analysis andoptimization
    • Participate in oncall rotationsand respond to system outages andemergencies
    • Provide training and guidance tousers on ITSM best practices andusage

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in ITSM administrationand support
    • Proficiency in BMC Remedy ITSMsuite
    • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworkand best practices
    • Excellent troubleshootingand problemsolving skills
    • Ability tocommunicate effectively with technical and nontechnicalstakeholders
    • Experience in system configurationcustomization and enhancement
    • Knowledge ofrelational databases and SQL
    • Capability to workin a fastpaced and dynamic environment
    • ITILcertification is a plus
