Job Description- Research & Content Analyst

Job Title: Research & Content Analyst
Location: Gurugram
Working Days: Six days working with alternate Saturdays off.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Research - Company, Products, and Competition
● Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and related topics.
● Collaborate with internal and external Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) for streamlined
communication and project coordination.
● Facilitate smooth onboarding/offboarding processes and manage access control.
● Facilitate
Content Creation:
● Develop compelling demo content for product presentations to showcase key features and
benefits.
● Develop high-quality, impactful content tailored to client objectives, including sales scripts, training materials, and presentation decks.
● Collaborate with the tech team to ensure content alignment with our GenAI tools for seamless delivery.
● Update and refine content based on feedback and evolving sales strategies.
Market and Competitor Research:
● Conduct extensive research on companies to gather relevant data for project implementation.
● Perform competitor research, specifically for CUR8, to drive continuous improvement in
content and product experience.
Product Operations:
● Manage user additions and deletions on the product platform.
● Oversee access control and ensure the seamless upload of content onto the product.
Content Production:
● Write scripts for in-house content production, including both video and text formats.
Client Collaboration:
● Maintain continuous communication with clients to gather insights and adjust strategies as needed.
● Present findings and strategies to clients, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
● Participate in client workshops and training sessions as a subject matter expert.
