Job summary

The HR Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the HR function for a rapidly growing Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations, compliance, and employee experience for a workforce of 300+ employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a GCC, MNC or startup environment
