    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities :-

    • To achieve monthly organizational goals. Product Quality compliance monitoring to laid quality systems and practices, training to people to assure products quality.
    • To up keep laboratory instruments / equipments through AMC / CMC.
    • Ensure and Monitor Lab instruments calibration / standard solution as per schedule.
    • Ensure timely analysis of Raw Material / Inter-mediate Product / Finished Product and reporting deviation if any to respective plant heads / unit head.
    • Custodian of lab equipments / specifications of raw materials & company product and will be responsible to maintain with all required business confidentiality to take care of business in the global competition.
    • Provide input to various initiatives of plant, R & D in yield improvement & cost reduction.
    • Ensure adherence to the QMS & NABL standards and other regulatory norms laid down by different regulatory agencies / customer requirements.
    • Able to manage the Technical & Formulation products of the company.
    • To develop new vendors for various Raw Material / Packing Material.
    • Ability to understand and interpret quality standards like ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 or WHO, GMP to enable designing of quality system and documents.
    • To attend and resolve customer complains (CAPA). Investigate customer complaints and co-ordinate for root cause analysis and ensure implementation corrective actions.
    • Ensure implementation of quality system and internal checks / audits on decided frequency for various processes in quality and in other functions at the site.
    • To conduct facility audits, process audits etc., for compliance verification.
    • To ensure SAP entries on day to day basis.
    • Dispatch activities as per customer specifications.
    • To ensure storage of Control Samples.
    • To ensure implementation of revised SOPs to fulfil customer requirements and provide training to the subordinates.

    Desired Candidate Profile :-

    • Should be Graudate/Post Graduate in Chemistry Area.
    • Required at least 15-18 Years of experience in Agrochemical industry.
    • Able to manage the Technical as well as formulation products of the company.
    • Should be able to trained the subordinate.
    • Required Good Communication.
