Key Requirements:

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Deep knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook

Experience in developing and managing content calendars

Previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably as an account manager

Skilled in leading teams effectively, promoting clear communication, and fostering an environment open to constructive feedback

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with clients, gather detailed project briefs and requirements

Serve as the main point of contact between clients, designers, and marketers to ensure smooth project execution

Strategically create content calendars for clients' social media accounts

Develop content ideas, photoshoot mood boards, and video production mood boards for client campaigns

Oversee the entire lifecycle of social media posts and publications, ensuring consistency and high quality

Stay informed about industry trends to keep our social media strategies ahead of the curve
