    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager at CII MCC in Vadodara. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, including coordinating counseling and training activities, managing a skilled talent pool, and connecting job seekers to job providers. The Center Manager will also be responsible for organizing workshops, portals, and job fairs to reach out to the youth and provide guidance regarding training and job opportunities.

    KRA - Center Manager

     - Project Target achievement.

     - Handling entire Centre operation parts of the above-mentioned skill projects.

     - Team handling, Centre setup & due diligence as per SoP guidelines.

     - Placement support work.

     - Candidates Mobilization support.

     - Entire Documentation, Weekly & Monthly Reporting of the project progress.

     - Maintaining of Centre P&L.

     - Placement tracking support.

     - Compliance Management & Timely Project Filing & Document Submission.

    SPOC

     - Managing the entire database of the candidates mobilized in a proper format.

     - Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting.

     - Should have good knowledge of MS Word.
