    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time onsite role for a ServiceNow Developer located in Chennai and Hyderabad.

    As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, ensuring the system is efficiently integrated and meets the needs of the business.

    You will work closely with our experienced development team, contributing to the overall success of our ServiceNow solutions.


    Roles and ResponsibilitiesPrimarily work on ITSM, ITOM, and TSM modules in ServiceNowDesign and develop scripts and workflows to create custom applications in ServiceNow.

    ServiceNow development and configuration including Business Rules, ACLs, Domain Separation, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Policies, workflows, and flows.

    Leverage your knowledge of notifications and inbound action configuration for timely communication and efficient task handling.
    Build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards, and homepages.
    Issue identification and resolution.

    Qualifications- 5 Years of relevant experience in ServiceNow.
    Proficiency in ServiceNow platform customization, and configuration with strong scripting skills for automation and exception processing.
    Familiarity with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management.

    Ability to create Client scripts, UI policies, Business rules, Reports, Homepages, and Dashboards, ACLs, System properties, Notifications, and inbound actions.

    Expertise in building Catalog Items, process flows, and workflows.

    Skills RequiredGood analytical and problem-solving skills.
    ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification will be an added advantage.
