    HR Business Partner - Tech & Corporate Functions (Premium Institutes only)


    Key Responsibilities:

    Performance Management:
    responsible to revamping the existing performance management process to further the culture of Performance orientation and continuous improvement. Build the right process for ensuring continuous feedback across the organization. Work closely with managers to provide guidance on performance expectations, performance improvement plans, and recognition and rewards programs.

    Learning and Development Programs:

    Build learning initiatives and programs that are relevant to the organization and address the skill gaps and developmental needs of employees.

    Come up with innovative solutions for learning on the go in a fast paced environment.

    Employee Engagement and Retention:
    Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, including recognition programs, career development opportunities, and employee wellness initiatives. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

    Promotion of Learning Culture:
    Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization. Encourage knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in learning events and activities.

    Culture Building:
    help define and build the Zopper culture through various initiatives.

    HR Partnering:

    act as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing guidance on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

    Analyse data to identify trends and develop solutions for improving employee engagement and performance. Act as a bridge between management and employees, advocating for both parties and fostering a positive work environment.


    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources
    • Experience of 4 to 6 years in talent management and running HR programs in mid to large sized organisations.
    • Strong understanding of best practices in Talent Management and OD
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset, able to balance longterm planning with daytoday execution in a dynamic environment.
