- Increase throughout of company by working with Clients and other stakeholders in ensuring increase in throughput and arrest leakage of company and Diversion . Work on unique & innovative solutions for customers enhancing preferred destination for the trade community.
- Identify prospective clients for CSB & CSBX , follow up with the prospective clients, prepare business proposals, initiate discussions & negotiations and close the business. Plan, Identify and commission Second Cargo Terminal and its Operator in line with the laid down regulation.
- Improve collection efficiency.
- Execute Global Marketing initiatives to promote facilities.
- Composite CSAT score with Trade.
- Identify and improve employee engagement score by driving at least three Business Excellence & Other Quality Initiatives (IMS, Kaizen, CIP etc).
- Stakeholder Management, Nil Regulatory non-compliances by Initiating and managing excellent relationships with all the stakeholders such as Customs and other regulatory bodies ,Logistics & Trading communities, JVs, Transportation and Road Feeder Service networks towards facilitating business.
- Achieve AOP revenue targets.
