- Develop and execute international business development strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and local agencies.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners and clients.

- Master's degree in business administration and 5+ years of experience in international sales & marketing within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of similar experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- APAC experience (particularly Korea and Japan)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative and ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Overview:
The International Senior Marketing is responsible for globally expanding products in viable markets. They will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with global guidelines and company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
