Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Studio Graphene. As a certified B Corporation, we believe in using technology as a force for good and creating a positive impact on the world.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. They will be responsible for coordinating our projects, teams, and processes, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage and coordinate the work of the project team, including developers, designers, and QA
• Facilitate daily project stand-ups and other meetings with all relevant team members
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Keep stakeholders, including clients and management, informed of project progress via weekly status reports and address any issues that arise
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks, including developing contingency plans
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
• Develop extensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as internal team members

Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, risk management, and multitasking
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and other project management software tools
• Experience in breaking down stories and scope, detailing out stories, and writing acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience with project management software tools
• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
