    We arelooking for a highly analytical Paid Media expert. In this positionyou will be responsible for ideating managing teams and optimizingall paid media ads.Your central goalis to help generate quality leads across all digital advertisingplatforms and manage the mediabudget.

    Weare looking for someone who has previously managed a team of 2 3advertisers and is more of a manager than a paid media adoperator.

    Inaddition to being a great communicator you will also demonstrateexcellent analytical skills for continuous datadrivenoptimization.Aspart of an organization you will play a critical role in bringingsales to thecompany.

    ResponsibilitiesandDuties:

    • Developexecute manage and analyze all aspects of the company s paidmarketing strategy across the following channels: Google YoutubeFacebook &Instagram.
    • Createand manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search Display Video) FacebookAds Manager Bing Ads Quora Ads & Linkedin AdsManager.
    • Doconsumer profiling to define Target Audience & drawConsumer insights & map digital touchpoints for all PaidMediaChannels.
    • Writeand test strong ad copies/content for allplatforms.
    • Beproficient in MS Excel & Google Sheets for any type ofdatabase cleaning before uploading them to the Facebook customaudience.
    • Monitorand analyze crosschannel (Google Facebook Instagram Bing etc)tracking & conversions in our CRM to optimize media buyingand identify new growthopportunities.
    • Monitorand analyze metrics on all channels (Google Facebook Instagram Bingetc) to track campaign performance targets and goals includingproviding detailed ROI analysis and forecasting based on the Adspends.
    • Givinga brief to the designer on how the creative/video will look for anypaid mediachannel.
    • Ideateand strategize landing page content for lead generation andads.
    • Havea knack for onpage and offpage SEO & an overallunderstanding of DigitalMarketing.

    RequirementsExperienceandQualifications:

    • ADegree or Course in Digital Marketing ispreferred.
    • Excellentcontrol on Keyword Bidding Ad copy writing Remarketing Keywordmatchtype strategies & Landing pagetesting.
    • Stronganalytical background with a great understanding of GoogleAnalytics
    • Goodwith numbers & logic (not math) to reverse calculate spendsbased on goals for mediabuying.
    • Preferredto have basic knowledge of WordPress Email & SMS Marketing& Marketing Automation onCRMs.
