    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team at OS Management Consulting Services. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a passion for driving business growth.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
    • Experience in using CRM software is preferred
    • Familiarity with the HR industry is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling
    • Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales objectives
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities
    • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
