- Onboarding associates on functional and cultural nuances of Airtel along with agency partners ( #Z M.O.M hiring)
- Addressing workforce grievance for associates
- Liaising with agency partners to solve for life cycle queries including payroll, performance, exit, etc.
- Organizational Relationship
- Graduate (Full-time)/MBA Preferred
- 5-12 years of recruitment experience, preferably volume recruitment
