    :
    •Lead the DBA teams that provide technology support to employees across all business areas

    •Strong experience in either or both MySQL and DB2 UDB RDBMS

    •Supervise, coach, and mentor talent across the DBA Administration teams

    •Establish, develop, and nurture business relationships with both business partners and technology infrastructure partners to drive initiatives and solidify service operations best practices

    •Ability to perform root cause analysis and prevent incidents for the future

    •Integrate procedures and services amongst ITSM processes to standardize documentation, improve analytics, and optimize operational efficiency

    •Develop procedures and dashboards to provide technology briefings to IT leaders and business partners on various forums

    •Management of Major and Severe business impacting incidents primarily involving large scale infrastructure issues or high risk data / application issues during the regular shift

    •Running both technical conference bridges and business update calls

    •Collating technical and business impact

    •Documenting issues, updating issues log, following issues to completion, and escalating issues to management team if needed

    •Driving decision making for incident resolution and minimizing impact to the business

    •Managing incident related communications and escalations to Senior IT Management

    •Providing incident updates to stakeholders

    •Capturing incident follow ups and aiding in formal problem management reviews

    •Identifying stability trends and escalating them through the Problem Management process

    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements

  • RPA Program Delivery using UiPath and other technologies like Python, AI / ML
  • Governance of Projects thought out the RPA project life cycle
  • Create Business case with Cost Benefits Analysis of Annual ROI as well as long term ROI of the projects
  • Identification, communication, monitoring and mitigation of the Risks / Challenges for the projects and review with process Stakeholders
  • Management of Projects in as per Agile – SAFe / Kanban approaches using Jira Board
  • Managing delivery team of 10 – 15
  • Understanding of The ITIL process and handling the Change / Release management of the UiPath package releases
  • Simultaneous management of multiple projects with various Business Units
  • Management of Support Processes (Incident Management, Change management & Problem management)
  • Represent the team at the leadership review meetings on RPA projects & other automation projects
  • Ingestion of new Automation technologies in the team
  • Expected Profile

  • Overall, Years of IT experience in that minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience with IT RPA Projects delivery.
  • Sound knowledge of RPA - UiPath Platform and its usage in Insurance domain with Process Optimization ideas.
  • Should have experience in cross team co-ordination skills – ability to interact with multiple project stakeholders including external testing team to achieve project success
  • Should have technical understanding of how the different multiple technologies can ease out the process automation to integrate using UiPath.
  • Strong communication skills – Written and Oral. Role requires drafting various reports & periodic email communication with project stakeholders
  • Ability to address and resolve project challenges / risks in an effective and timely manner to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
  • Should be able to use Jira / Kanban Boards, Project reporting as required project metrics.
  • Should have Strong UiPath technical & analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities by analyzing the Bot report from production for Bot runs
  • Capability and skills to drive development team to agree and follow the industry best practices and provide sign off for the production releases.
  • Should be worked with stakeholders to identify the root-cause & figure out solution / approaches for implementation on any Production bot outages or defects
  • ITIL / SAFe / PM certification would be an additional advantage
