Responsibilities :
Design and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures that support an increasing base of users and functionalities.
Implement and maintain monitoring systems to ensure high availability and timely alerts for system anomalies.
Lead and mentor a team of software developers in building cloud-native applications across [specify platforms, e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform].Drive the architectural decisions, integrating best practices for cloud security and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, set priorities, and establish timelines for system upgrades and rollouts.Oversee the deployment of large-scale projects, managing the entire lifecycle from development to integration and testing.
Ensure systems are designed and optimized for optimal cost-performance efficiency in the cloud.
Facilitate agile development processes and improve existing workflows for peak efficiency.
Keep documentation up-to-date and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Stay current with new technology trends and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption and implementation.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8+ years experience in software development and 4+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in MERN StackStrong experience with cloud services (AWS) and building applications in cloud environments.
Proven track record in designing scalable architecture and implementing effective monitoring systems.
Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to drive team performance and innovation.
Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
